How does escrow work?+
When an offer is accepted, the buyer funds a licensed escrow account. The money is held — visible to the seller but untouchable — until the vehicle and title actually transfer to the buyer. Only then does escrow release funds to the seller.
Is my money safe?+
Yes. Funds never go directly between strangers. They sit in a regulated escrow account and release only on confirmed ownership transfer, with a dispute process if something goes wrong.
How does the pre-purchase inspection work?+
The buyer books an inspection at a verified shop. The shop uploads a full report to the deal. If issues are found, the buyer and seller agree on who covers repairs — with repair funds escrowed until the fix is verified.
What if the car isn't as described?+
Open a dispute from the deal. Funds stay in escrow while our resolution team reviews the listing, inspection, and documentation, then issues a decision — release, refund, or repair credit.
How does shipping work?+
